Burger King in Freudenstadt

Clean restaurant, nicely decorated. The highlight, however, is the super nice team of employees. In contrast to this, the unfriendly employees of the McDonald's team in Freudenstadt.

Delicious. Everything warm, everything fresh. Competition should take an example here.

The overall picture is needless. Booking the menu took a lot of time and is difficult because the ordering mechanism is not fully developed. The machine works slowly and only reacts the second time. The service staff work at a reduced rate, so that the putting together of the individual components of the menu takes longer than one would expect in a "fast food" restaurant. The highlight of this restaurant experience, however, was that a full menu of our four-part order was not in our container, which we could only find out at our destination. For this reason we drove back to this fast food branch. Our missing food was easily made up for by the human welfare personnel.

Couldn't tell the hot brownies apart 😢 So I had to eat the one with caramel and my friend the one with chocolate 😑 I miss hot blonde 😔

Top place to eat cheap, quick to serve, very tasty and burger courage right meat! I like a lot and I am going there again!

Everything was great ..... all regulations implemented, nice staff. Especially the burger was tremendously good, freshly made! My mouth is watering now! We will definitely go back there !!

Long wait although no guests. Instead of salad I got COLD fries and the dips with the chicken nuggets were forgotten. Almost every time I visit, things get mixed up or forgotten! In addition, the staff was not really friendly. In the future, I will probably think twice about whether I spend money at BurgerKing on services that have not been performed / poorly performed or whether I eat burgers elsewhere ...

Everything was fine. The food could be a bit warmer.

Food was quick, not busy. But although freshly made, the cheeseburger was only lukewarm! Why?

I think the stores are so cool now because my two burgers were missing from my order.

Salad was not a hit, well if you consider what flow they currently have for customers, it's almost ok again. You shouldn't complain :-)

Restaurant is OK in itself. But the fat / salt / sugar dose of US fast food is now enough again for a year. :) Doesn't fill you up any longer and still feels heavy in the stomach.

Good fast food shop with good quality and nice staff

I am generally not the biggest friend of BK, but it pulls me from time to time to have some change from the competition with the M. This BK visit, however, was the biggest joke I have ever experienced there. Basically, I like BK less, because I find the burger furz dry. The rolls are as soft and like a sponge that they absorb the whole sauce. The meat is grilled until the last meat juice has escaped. Fries are just dry and do not taste like potato, crispy or not. It does not make sense to consume tons of ketchup. And this visit to FDS? 1st I got instead of milk shake an empty paper cup for the Refil machine. Taking the order from the terminal at the checkout made the employee desperate, so at the end he even typed in my complete order by hand, the staff is unbelievably bad, uncoordinated and awkward. 2. The Onion Rings were laxy and badly fried. 3. the coronation. I ordered a Spicy Bacon King. As the name and the advertising picture say, here are a lot of bacon and jalaponos on it. Take a look at my picture. There were 1 tiny slice of bacon on the burger and not a single jalapeno. Quite apart from that again too little sauce. When I then complained, I assumed that I now get a new burger. The employee came back and brought me a coffee mug with Jalapenos which I could do it myself ... Sorry but BK and especially this store is a joke, I go in the future only to the competition with the M, even if there is not all gold is glittering. In general, the fast food chains could cut off a slice of the other chains in the US. For Carls Jr., Jack in the Box, Five Guys and In n Out Burger, the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff for comparison is a 6-.
